Ambition: MCI USA aimed to elevate how their brand and offerings were communicated in the U.S. market. They saw an opportunity to adopt a more modern, visually compelling approach—one designed to engage prospects and clients, fuel targeted campaigns, and reinforce their position as a leader in events, event technology, and experience-driven solutions. By resetting the creative direction, MCI USA set the stage for a bolder brand presence.

Solution: I reinterpreted MCI USA’s existing brand with a fresh, digital-first design system that emphasized movement, transformation, and human connection—core to the spirit of events and engagement. From a dynamic digital playbook to paid media campaigns, print ads, sales sheets, and presentation decks, I built a cohesive suite of assets that reflected the brand’s evolving identity. The first campaign launched with this updated creative direction outperformed expectations—delivering results well above benchmark and generating significantly higher engagement than previous efforts.
