Ambition: HiBob, a global SaaS company known for its modern HCM platform “Bob,” needed a suite of branded, engaging materials to support their fast-approaching Partner Summit in New York and London. As a certified HiBob vendor, I was asked to help elevate the event experience with assets that felt polished, on-brand, and aligned with the company’s fast-moving, people-first identity. With an international audience and tight timeline, the ambition was to create a cohesive visual presence that strengthened partner relationships and supported HiBob’s growing global reputation.

Solution: I immersed myself fully in the HiBob brand, studying their visual language and tone to ensure every deliverable felt authentic to the SaaS company’s energetic, modern voice. Working closely with the Partner Marketing team, I designed a complete suite of event materials, including a Partner Brochure, a Partner Resources Guide, Summit agendas tailored for both New York and London, and a series of social posts to drive event awareness. In addition to these core assets, I developed twelve branded templates for distribution at the summit, giving partners a versatile toolkit they could use long after the event.

 

The result was a cohesive set of materials that supported the summit experience from promotion to on-site engagement, strengthened HiBob’s partner ecosystem, and showcased the brand with clarity, consistency, and personality.
